EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by us

SWAP reserves the right to modify or cancel any event if unforeseen circumstances arise. If we cancel an event we shall inform you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund.

Cancellation by you

If you wish to cancel a booking please note the following cancellation conditions:

More than three month's prior to the event - 75% refund

Less than two months prior to the event - 50% refund

Less than one month prior to the event - no refund.

Exceptions: if you wish exceptional circumstances to be considered, please email us at swapbookings@soton.ac.uk.

All cancellations must be made in writing via swapbookings@soton.ac.uk.
