Prince's Trust supports student social workers

By offering emotional support to disadvantaged youngsters who enrol on the Prince's Trust's Team programme, it is also enabling student social workers an opportunity to gain valuable experience.  The student social worker programme, funded by the Prince's Trust and the Zurich Community Trust (the charitable wing of financial organisation Zurich) aims to offer emotional support to 5,000 youngsters aged 16-25 over the next three years, and challenge their negative perceptions about social workers.  The full article is available on the Guardian website.
