Description

This project develops and evaluates the use of Second Life in the postgraduate teaching of Gerontology. The project will establish a space within the University of Southampton's region on Second Life, where two interactive nugget lectures will be available on topics related to social policy and ageing. This space will be accessible to tutors and students of policy-relevant subjects across the UK and abroad, highlighting the pedagogic potential of Second Life.
